No.24216 of 2010\n                                   GANESH MAHTO\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   29.11.2010              Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well<\/p>\n<p>                 as learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15564 of 2010 filed<\/p>\n<p>                 on behalf of the petitioner, Jhuwarlal Mandal and Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                 No. 24116 of 2010 filed on behalf of the petitioner, Lila Nand<\/p>\n<p>                 Mandal have been taken together for hearing as both the<\/p>\n<p>                 above said cases arise out of Palasi P.S. Case No. 05 of<\/p>\n<p>                 2009 registered under section 307 &amp; other minor sections of<\/p>\n<p>                 the Indian Penal Code as well as section 3\/4 of Witch Craft<\/p>\n<p>                 Act and accordingly, both above said Cr. Misc. Cases are<\/p>\n<p>                 being disposed of by this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Perusal of the F.I.R. shows that omnibus<\/p>\n<p>                 allegation has been levelled against the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                 Furthermore, I find that the informant has received simple<\/p>\n<p>                 injury on her private part which is evident from perusal of<\/p>\n<p>                 paragraph-32 of the case diary. Moreover, in course of<\/p>\n<p>                 hearing, it is highlighted by learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioners that the case has already been compromised<\/p>\n<p>                 between the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering     the      aforesaid   facts     and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        circumstances, this bail petition is allowed. The petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>        namely, Jhuwarlal Mandal and Lila Nand Mandal shall be<\/p>\n<p>        released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten<\/p>\n<p>        thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Palasi P.S.
