No.21625 of 2010\n                                 DABBAL JAISWAL\n                                         Versus\n                                  STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   28.6.2010             Heard counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                          The petitioners are accused in a case under sections 302\/34,<\/p>\n<p>                396 of the Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.<\/p>\n<p>                          Counsel for the petitioners submits that names have been<\/p>\n<p>                figured on the confessional statement of co-accused Munna<\/p>\n<p>                Choudhary who has been granted bail by a bench of this court by<\/p>\n<p>                order dated 18.5.2010 passed in Cr.Misc.No.45390 of 2009.The<\/p>\n<p>                petitioners does not have any criminal antecedent and they are in<\/p>\n<p>                custody since 19.9.2009 and 17.4.2010 respectively.<\/p>\n<p>                          It appears from order of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge<\/p>\n<p>                that the witnesses have seen the petitioners fleeing away from the<\/p>\n<p>                place of occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Call for carbon copy of the case diary of Dehri<\/p>\n<p>                (Dalmianagar) P.S.
