  on 13.12.1983. Therefore, the petitioner was<\/p>\n
 e\ufb01ti\ufb02edtthto  absolute sale deed executed in his favour in respect<\/p>\n
 ‘\ufb01le  site. The respondents were not justi\ufb01cd in cancelling<\/p>\n
    of marginal site in favour of the petitioner on the<\/p>\n
