SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C)No.29043 OF 2008\n             ----------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 30th day of September, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner challenges Ext.P18 order, whereby the<\/p>\n<p>building permit issued to the petitioner has been cancelled by the<\/p>\n<p>1st respondent Corporation.\n<\/p>\n<p>      I am not inclined to entertain the challenge against Ext.P18<\/p>\n<p>order since the petitioner has an effective alternate remedy by<\/p>\n<p>way of appeal against that order before the Appellate Authority<\/p>\n<p>as provided under the Kerala Municipalities Act.        Therefore,<\/p>\n<p>without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to resort to the<\/p>\n<p>appellate remedies, this writ petition is dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                                            S.
