Their appointments have been approved by<\/p>\n<p>the University.   However, their salaries are not<\/p>\n<p>given on the ground that their appointments are<\/p>\n<p>made without the prior approval of the Government.<\/p>\n<p>That ground no more survives in the light of the<\/p>\n<p>decision in Salini vs.Manager, Christian College<\/p>\n<p>[2007(3)KLT 355].
