Whether the payment of Partly made.\n<\/p>\n<p>            construction of these roads<br \/>\n            have been made or not?\n<\/p>\n<p> 7.         Present status of the roads Satisfactory.\n<\/p>\n<pre>            which      were     constructed\n            presently?\n<\/pre>\n<p> 8.         Sample report of the material Satisfactory as per specification.\n<\/p>\n<p>            used for construction of these<br \/>\n            roads?\n<\/p>\n<p> 9.         The thickness of the material 08 cms. To 10 cms.\n<\/p>\n<p>            laid for making the roads.\n<\/p>\n<p> 10.        The copy of the all awarded &#8211; Copy enclosed with the file-\n<\/p>\n<p>               tenders of the road of Sector-2<br \/>\n              from Pocket-3 to Pocket-7.\n<\/p>\n<p> 11. A\/C = XL-VIII-Za.\n<\/p>\n<p>              constructions have been made?\n<\/p>\n<p>              Area MLA or Area Councilor.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant is not satisfied with the reply given to queries 3 to 12.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority ordered:<br \/>\nNo ordered.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant is not satisfied with the reply given to queries 3 to 12 and no action taken by FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Sunil Agarwal<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Rakesh Ailawadi (PIO)<br \/>\nThe information has been provided to the Appellant but the Appellant complains that the<br \/>\nthickness of the concrete road is much less than 8-10cms which has been specified. The PIO<br \/>\nagrees that Executive Engineer Mr. S.K.Gupta will conduct a joint inspection with the Appellant<br \/>\non the said road and record the actual thickness which is visible. The Appellant states that the<br \/>\nroad thickness is visible since the road has been cut by certain utility agencies. The joint<br \/>\ninspection by the Executive Engineer and the Appellant will be conducted on 22 September 2009<br \/>\nat 9.00 A.M. They will meet at House No. 482, Pocket 6, Sector-2, Rohini. They will prepare a<br \/>\njoint report of their observations and one copy will be given to the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>The joint inspection will be done by the Executive Engineer and the Appellant will be conducted<br \/>\non 22 September 2009 and joint report be prepared of their observations.
