Yusuf Khan &amp; anr\n\nDate of order:22nd January, 2010\n\n             HON'BLE MR JUSICE AJAY RASTOGI\n\nMr Sandeep Shah, for the petitioners\n\nMr B.S. Sandhu, for the respondents\n\n      Instant contempt petition has arisen out\n\nof ex parte interim order dated 19th June,\n\n2009. It has been informed to this Court that\n\non account of order impugned being stayed by\n\nthis     Court,      the     petitioner       is     presently\n\nholding the respective post and his status\n\nhas    not    been   disturbed      by    the      respondent-\n\nBank.\n\n      Counsel for the petitioner submits that\n\nafter passing of the ex parte order in June,\n\n2009, the matter was referred to Cooperative\n\nTribunal and the order passed by the Tribunal\n\nis in defiance of exparte order dated 19th\n\nJune, 2009, of which contempt has been filed.\n\n        In the opinion of this Court, if any\n\norder    has     been      passed   by    the      Cooperative\n\nTribunal,      it    would always        be   open for        the\n\npetitioner      to    avail    remedy     available        under\n\nlaw.
