 the “petitioner is required to purchase building materiais<\/p>\n

‘Vipetit.io.rier does not own any quarry and that he is not liable to
\n fw\ufb01<\/p>\n

pay any royalty to the respondents. However, the respondents
\nare deducting royalty from the bills of the petitioner without<\/p>\n
authority of law. Hence, this writ petition praying not to cleciuct<\/p>\n
the royalty from the bills of the petitioner in res_p*ect.,’,V’af’lithe\u00bb.<\/p>\n
