S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tCounsel<br \/>\nfor the appellant submits that the appellant is ready to pay the<br \/>\npremium amount as per the valuation of 1994.  Learned Government<br \/>\nPleader appearing on behalf of the State is allowed two weeks&#8217; time<br \/>\nto obtain instructions whether the Government intends to settle the<br \/>\nmatter by receiving premium amount, and then in that case, the year<br \/>\nof which the premium valuation is to be calculated.  Post the matter<br \/>\non 13.08.2010 within five cases in the 1st board.  Prayer<br \/>\nfor interim relief is not granted.
