The writ was<br \/>\n\tissued on 7\/12\/2006 and parties are served. The petitioner has not<br \/>\n\ttaken any action for making any arrangements for representing them.<br \/>\n\tLearned AGP Mr. Rashesh Rindani submits that looking to the prayers<br \/>\n\tmade in this petition, now the petition would have become<br \/>\n\tinfructuous as it was a prayer for including name in the voters<br \/>\n\tlist.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of this facts &amp; circumstances, this Court is of the view<br \/>\n\tthat the matter is required to be disposed of for want of<br \/>\n\tprosecution as well as the same being now not surviving. Hence the<br \/>\n\tmatter is disposed of for want of prosecution and on account it has<br \/>\n\tbecome infructuous. Rule discharged.
