Let this aspect may be<br \/>\nre-examined by respondent No.4 and thereafter, to  pass appropriate<br \/>\nreasoned order in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months<br \/>\nfrom date of receiving copy of present order and communicate the<br \/>\ndecision to petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of aforesaid observations and directions, present petition is<br \/>\ndisposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
