Case<\/p>\n<p>                   No. 28\/08(arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 41\/08).<\/p>\n<p>                                  An objection was raised with regard to making over<\/p>\n<p>                   the documents\/police papers to the petitioner. Learned court<\/p>\n<p>                   below found that all the relevant papers have           already been<\/p>\n<p>                   furnished to the accused and fixed the case for framing of<\/p>\n<p>                   charge. The objection of the petitioner was rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Aforesaid order was passed on 29.4.2009. Adequate<\/p>\n<p>                   progress at the trial must have been achieved. That is the reason<\/p>\n<p>                   nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this<\/p>\n<p>                   application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  This Court finds no merit in this application which is<\/p>\n<p>                   accordingly dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                             ( Kishore K.
