Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :02\/12\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                      ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n             --------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) NO.32666 OF 2009 (C)\n             --------------------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 2nd day of December, 2009\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Challenge in this writ petition is against Ext.P4,        by which<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, an Assistant Engineer in the Local Self<\/p>\n<p>Government, is transferred from Block Development Office,<\/p>\n<p>Thodupuzha to Mariyapuram\/Kamakhi Grama Panchayat in Idukki<\/p>\n<p>Division. By order dated 16.11.2009 the case was adjourned with<\/p>\n<p>a direction to the Government Pleader to obtain instructions in the<\/p>\n<p>matter. It is now reported that by the Government Order dated<\/p>\n<p>4.6.2009, that the technical posts in Block Development offices<\/p>\n<p>have been abolished and that it was the abolition of the post held<\/p>\n<p>by the petitioner which necessitated his transfer.
