Case No. 22 of 2011 for the offences punishable under sections<\/p>\n<p>                     25 (1-b) A 26 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case<\/p>\n<p>                     showing false recovery of loaded country made pistol along with one<\/p>\n<p>                     cartridge and the petition is languishing in custody since 07.03.2011<\/p>\n<p>                     due to recovery of loaded country made pistol and one cartridge.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this<\/p>\n<p>                     case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                     furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                     of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the leaned Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                     Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Bahadur P.S.
