Therefore, there has to be<br \/>\nthe basis or foundation to show any kind of violation of fundamental<br \/>\nor human rights. Merely because the suspected person, who is alleged<br \/>\nto have been involved, is called for recording statement, it cannot<br \/>\nbe said to a harassment.
