Having<br \/>\nconsidered the reasons assigned by the Appellate Court in the<br \/>\njudgment dated 14th<br \/>\nAugust 1981, I am of the view that no interference is called for as<br \/>\nno infirmity is committed by the learned Appellate Judge while<br \/>\npassing the order and no substantial question of law is involved in<br \/>\nthe present  Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tFor the foregoing<br \/>\nreasons, there is no merit in the Appeal and the Appeal is therefore,<br \/>\ndismissed.
