Jamui......Petitioner.\n                                                    Versus\n                   THE STATE OF BIHAR                                       O.P.\n                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>                   For the petitioner : Mr. Akhauri Kamal Kishore Sahay, Advocate.<br \/>\n                   For the State : Mr. Ajay Kumar No.1, A.P.P.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                              &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;\n<\/p>\n<p>2    15.6.2010                 Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In a criminal prosecution for offences under sections 498 A,<\/p>\n<p>                 304 B, 201\/34 of the Indian penal Code, the petitioner happens to be mother-<\/p>\n<p>                 in-law of the deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is submitted that the allegation of demand of dowry and<\/p>\n<p>                 torture is general and omnibus against all the accused persons named in the<\/p>\n<p>                 FIR, but primal role for committing the crime in question is against co-<\/p>\n<p>                 accused Umesh Pandit, the husband of the deceased. Co-accused Umesh<\/p>\n<p>                 Pandit has already been granted bail by order dated 21.1.2010 passed in Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                 Misc. No. 1033 of 2010 vide Annexure-2. The petitioner is stated to be in<\/p>\n<p>                 judicial custody since 11.5.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                 (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                 C.J.M, Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S.
