Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :15\/04\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                     ================\n                  W.P.(C) NO.12351 OF 2009 ()\n                 =====================\n\n             Dated this the 15th day of April, 2009\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner submits that it is a Self Financing College,<\/p>\n<p>conducting M. Ed course. Delay on the part of the respondent<\/p>\n<p>University in allotting students to the two vacant seats in the<\/p>\n<p>merit quota and making available students for filling of 8 vacant<\/p>\n<p>seats in the management quota is what is complained of in this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition. University on its part submits that they are taking<\/p>\n<p>expeditious steps to make available students for filling up the<\/p>\n<p>aforesaid vacant seats.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Taking into account the submission made on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>University, I dispose of this writ petition directing that within 2<\/p>\n<p>weeks from the the date of production of a copy of the judgment,<\/p>\n<p>the University shall make available the students for filling up the<\/p>\n<p>two seats in the merit quota and 8 seats in the management<\/p>\n<p>quota.
