Balakrishnan, who was<\/p>\n<p>a driver in the Corporation. Petitioner seeks payment of Provident Fund and<\/p>\n<p>Staff Welfare Fund with statutory interest.                     Petitioner has filed Ext.P3<\/p>\n<p>representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>             2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the respondents.<\/p>\n<p>             There will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders on Ext.P3 representation within three weeks from the date of<\/p>\n<p>receipt of a copy of this judgment, and to disburse the amount found due to<\/p>\n<p>the legal heirs of late M.V.Balakrishnan within a further period of three<\/p>\n<p>weeks. There will also be a direction to pay to the legal heirs the amount<\/p>\n<p>due by way of Staff Welfare Fund within a period of three weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date on which the representation is disposed of.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n\n                                                                    (K.M.
