Orders<\/div>\n<div class=\"doc_title\">Kanhaiya Prasad vs The State Of Bihar on 21 September, 2011<\/div>\n<pre>                 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                            Criminal Miscellaneous No.8568 of 2011\n                                         Kanhaiya Prasad\n                                               Versus\n                                      The State Of Bihar\n                                  ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   21.9.2011                 Call for an explanation from the Superintendent of<\/p>\n<p>                   Police, Saran at Chapra as to why he should not be proceeded for<\/p>\n<p>                   causing wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated<\/p>\n<p>                   30.3.2011 in this case inasmuch as by the aforesaid order he was<\/p>\n<p>                   directed to submit an action taken report as with regard to<\/p>\n<p>                   production of the witnesses in connection with S.Tr.No. 30\/2010<\/p>\n<p>                   arising out of Amnaur P.S.Case No. 103\/2007 but the same has not<\/p>\n<p>                   received in this court till today.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Such explanation of the Superintendent of Police,<\/p>\n<p>                   Saran at Chapra must be received in this Court within a period of<\/p>\n<p>                   two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.<\/p>\n<p>                                 List this case immediately on receipt of the report or<\/p>\n<p>                   expiry of aforesaid period of two weeks which ever is earlier.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Let a copy of this order along with earlier order of<\/p>\n<p>                   this Court dated 30.3.2011 and report at Flag-&#8216;A&#8217;
