Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioner has been made accused in a case under<\/p>\n<p>                        sections 302,201,120B\/34 of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    The petitioner submits that the main allegation is<\/p>\n<p>                        against Ashutosh Jha and Rinku Rahmni. Petitioner is in custody<\/p>\n<p>                        since 18.1.2010 and in fact he is an student of B.A.Part I and he<\/p>\n<p>                        has been implicated in this case on suspicion as there is no eye<\/p>\n<p>                        witness to the occurrence.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner as above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                        Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                        each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in<\/p>\n<p>                        Sarsi Police Station Case No. 6 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Petitioner would co-operate in the trial.<\/p>\n<pre>Shashi.
