Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest.<\/p>\n<p>M.M.Kumar, J<\/p>\n<p>            The petitioners have approached this Court for quashing the<\/p>\n<p>impugned notifications dated 08.06.2007 and 27.02.2008 (Annexures P-2<\/p>\n<p>and P-5), issued under Sections 4 and 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894<\/p>\n<p>(for brevity &#8216;the Act) whereby the Government has sought to acquire the<\/p>\n<p>land for public purpose namely for extension of Industrial Growth in village<\/p>\n<p>Rudh, Chirahara, Banipur, Bawal, Tehsil Bawal, District Rewari.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\"> Civil Writ Petition No.17043 of 2008        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              On 25.09.2008, notice of motion was issued to the respondents<\/p>\n<p>and this Court had stayed dispossession till the next date of hearing.<\/p>\n<p>Thereafter, the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.10.2008 and<\/p>\n<p>10.12.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>              At the hearing today, learned counsel for respondent No.4 has<\/p>\n<p>stated that the respondents have considered the question of releasing the<\/p>\n<p>land of the writ petitioner from acquisition. He has further stated that the<\/p>\n<p>land belonging to all the petitioners have been fully released except Rect<\/p>\n<p>No.47 Killa No.253\/493.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the afore-<\/p>\n<p>mentioned factual position. However, learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>has prayed that the writ petition be disposed of as having been rendered<\/p>\n<p>infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate<\/p>\n<p>representation to respondent No.1, for releasing of his rest of land, if it is<\/p>\n<p>possible, in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>              In view of the above, the present writ petition has been<\/p>\n<p>rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. However, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>are at liberty to move an appropriate representation for seeking further<\/p>\n<p>release of their land.   The needful shall be done within a period of one<\/p>\n<p>month under Registered A.D. cover.
