There is bona<\/p>\n<p>                             fide land disputes and title suit is also going on.<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the<\/p>\n<p>                             event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                             weeks of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioners, namely, Ram<\/p>\n<p>                             Bihari Singh, Shyam Bihari Singh, Manoj Singh and Manager Singh,<\/p>\n<p>                             are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                             10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                             each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in<\/p>\n<p>                             connection with Buxar (Ind.) P.S.
