Shri P.K.Ghosh, learned Consultant for the applicant company prays of adjournment. We find that the disputed amount to be redeposited is only Rs.3836.00 (Rupees three thousand eight hundred thirty-six) as duty and Rs.500.00 (Rupees five hundred) as penalty. Keeping in view the amount involved, we direct the applicants to deposit the full duty amount of Rs.3,836.00 (Rupees three thousand eight hundred thirty-six) only within a period of four weeks from today and we waive the requirement of the predeposit of the penalty amount of Rs.500.00 (Rupees five hundred).
