Dabhi, learned APP, for the applicant &#8211; State of<br \/>\nGujarat and upon perusal of the impugned judgment and order dated<br \/>\n22.9.2010 rendered in  Sessions Case No. 72 of 2008 by the learned<br \/>\nSessions Judge and Presiding Officer, Amreli camp at Rajula<br \/>\nacquitting the respondents &#8211; accused of the offences under Section<br \/>\n302 etc. of the Indian Penal Code, according to us, this is a fit<br \/>\ncase to grant Leave to file appeal.
