It is seen that the petitioner has made<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3 request before the second respondent regarding the<\/p>\n<p>waiver of energy charges. There will be a direction to the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent\/competent authority to look into Ext.P3 and take<\/p>\n<p>appropriate action in accordance with law with notice to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner within a period of four months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>production of a copy of the judgment.
