Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the<br \/>\ncase, this application is taken up for hearing today.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe rival submissions and on perusal of the averments made in the<br \/>\napplication, I am of the view that as the applicant wants to renew<br \/>\nhis Passport, the same is required to be handed over to the<br \/>\napplicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nthe circumstances, JMFC, Dholka is directed to handover the passport<br \/>\nto the applicant for the purpose of renewal.  As soon as the passport<br \/>\nis renewed, the concerned passport officer shall directly forward the<br \/>\nold as well as the renewed passport to the JMFC, Dholka, and shall<br \/>\nnot handover the same to the applicant. Upon receipt of the old as<br \/>\nwell as the renewed passport, the same shall be kept in the<br \/>\npossession of the concerned Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nregistry shall forward a copy of this order to the Regional Passport<br \/>\nOfficer, Ahmedabad.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthese observations, this application is allowed to the extent<br \/>\nindicated above.
