Justice C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR\n\n Dated :28\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                     C.N.RAMACHANDRAN NAIR, J.\n\n                     -----------------------------------\n\n                        WP(C) No. 30137 of 2005\n\n                           -------------------------\n\n            Dated, this the 28th day of February, 2007\n\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioner&#8217;s   case   is   that   the   6th  respondent   as   Officer-in-<\/p>\n<p>charge   of   the   5th  respondent   Police   Station   filed   several   bogus<\/p>\n<p>complaints against the petitioner at the request of some others,<\/p>\n<p>who   tried   forcefully   to   cut   open   a   road   over   the   petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>property.     It   is   stated   that   final   report   has   filed   by   the   5th<\/p>\n<p>respondent before the Magistrate Court.   The prayer in the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition is for a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry<\/p>\n<p>in the  matter.    I   do  not  think  any  direction  is   called for  at   this<\/p>\n<p>stage   because   the   Judicial   Magistrate,   who   is   dealing   with   the<\/p>\n<p>case,   will   be   in   a   position   to   pass   more   effective   orders   if<\/p>\n<p>complaints   are   found   to   be   bogus.
