Learned advocate Mr. A. C Nanavati<br \/>\nfor respondents No. 1 and 2 states  that out of the amount the<br \/>\nrespondents have withdrawn 50% of the amount.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tIn<br \/>\nview of above as the applicant  has deposited the entire decreetal<br \/>\namount in the Court as directed by the First Appellate Court and the<br \/>\nopponents  have withdrawn 50% amount  from the said amount. Interim<br \/>\nrelief granted earlier  by order dated 13th August 2008 is<br \/>\nmade absolute till final disposal of Second Appeal No. 184 of 2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\tThe<br \/>\n50% amount still  lying in the First Appellate Court  be invested in<br \/>\na nationalised bank  initially for a period of two years  in the name<br \/>\nof Registrar of the Court.
