2.   18.01.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n
                  learned P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                             Petitioner    seeks    his   bail   in   connection     with<\/p>\n
                  Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2010 initially registered under<\/p>\n
                  Sections 302 and 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code but after<\/p>\n
                  investigation, Police submitted charge sheet under Section 306<\/p>\n
                  and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code and the<\/p>\n
                  cognizance has also been taken for the offence under Sections<\/p>\n
                  323, 306, 201\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n
                             Admittedly, the petitioner is father of the deceased<\/p>\n
                  and none of the person has come forward to claim that this<\/p>\n
                  petitioner had administered poison to the deceased.<\/p>\n
                             Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances<\/p>\n
                  as well as submissions of the parties, the petitioner above<\/p>\n
                  named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<\/p>\n
                  of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n
                  amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Magistrate<\/p>\n
                  (West),   Muzaffarpur,    in     connection    with   above      stated<\/p>\n
                  Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
