According to learned counsel for the applicant, attempts<br \/>\nwere made to serve the respondent Nos. 6 and 7 in both the matters<br \/>\nbut the respondents could not be served as they have changed their<br \/>\naddress. He therefore prays for substituted service. Accordingly, we<br \/>\norder that the notices on the respondents be published in a<br \/>\nvernacular daily having largest circulation in the area. The registry<br \/>\nwill determine the name of the newspaper.
