The learned advocate for GPCB<br \/>\nrequested that the Collector, Anand be directed to expedite<br \/>\nearmarking of a plot for the purpose of &#8216;Charmakund&#8217;.  The learned<br \/>\nadvocate requested that as submitted earlier, revenue survey No.302<br \/>\nis situated very close to the water body and therefore, use of the<br \/>\nsaid land as &#8216;Charmakund&#8217; is likely to hamper the hygiene of the<br \/>\nvillage people.  He submitted that therefore, even if any permission<br \/>\nis to be given to use the same place as &#8216;Charmakund&#8217;, the same should<br \/>\nbe only as a temporary measure for a specified period only.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\nsubmissions are found reasonable.  The Collector, Anand is directed<br \/>\nto expedite of identifying the land for earmarking the same for<br \/>\n&#8216;Charmakund&#8217;.  The exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as<br \/>\npossible, preferably by 31.03.2009.  In the meantime, GPCB is<br \/>\ndirected to grant NOC for the use of the land admeasuring 10 gunthas,<br \/>\naround which the Chief Officer, Borsad Nagarpalika has put up wire<br \/>\nfencing for its use as &#8216;Charmakund.
