The\u00a0Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0an\u00a0RTI\u00a0Application\u00a0dt.11.5.11\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0PIO,\u00a0O\/oDDE(SW\u00a0A),\u00a0GNCTD\u00a0seeking\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       a\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0action\u00a0taken\u00a0report\u00a0on\u00a0her\u00a0complaint\u00a0dt.21.3.11.\u00a0\u00a0She\u00a0\u00a0filed\u00a0an\u00a0appeal\u00a0dt.22.6.11\u00a0(Copy\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       not \u00a0 enclosed) \u00a0 with \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellate \u00a0 Authority \u00a0 stating \u00a0 that \u00a0 she \u00a0 has \u00a0 not \u00a0 received \u00a0 any \u00a0 information.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       Ms.Satinder\u00a0Kaur,\u00a0Appellate\u00a0Authority\u00a0vide\u00a0her\u00a0order\u00a0dt.14.7.11\u00a0disposed\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0appeal\u00a0stating\u00a0that\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       the\u00a0 documents\u00a0 submitted\u00a0 by\u00a0 the\u00a0 Applicant\u00a0reveal\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0 PIO\u00a0 has\u00a0 received\u00a0 the\u00a0application\u00a0 and\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       directing\u00a0the\u00a0PIO\u00a0to\u00a0furnish\u00a0the\u00a0information\u00a0within\u00a0ten\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0date\u00a0of\u00a0her\u00a0order\u00a0and\u00a0if\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       already\u00a0provided,\u00a0to\u00a0provide\u00a0another\u00a0 \u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0same.\u00a0 \u00a0On\u00a0apparently\u00a0 \u00a0not\u00a0receiving\u00a0any\u00a0further\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       response,\u00a0the\u00a0Applicant\u00a0filed\u00a0his\u00a0second\u00a0appeal\u00a0dt.10.8.11\u00a0before\u00a0CIC.<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>2.     During\u00a0the\u00a0hearing,\u00a0the\u00a0Respondent\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0\u00a0there\u00a0was\u00a0a\u00a0delay\u00a0in\u00a0furnishing\u00a0the\u00a0enquiry\u00a0report\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       to\u00a0the\u00a0 \u00a0Appellant\u00a0 \u00a0since\u00a0the\u00a0 \u00a0enquiry\u00a0 \u00a0based\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0complaint\u00a0could\u00a0be\u00a0conducted\u00a0 \u00a0only\u00a0after\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       school \u00a0 had \u00a0 reopened\u00a0 after\u00a0 the\u00a0 summer\u00a0 recess.\u00a0According\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 Respondent\u00a0the\u00a0enquiry\u00a0 report\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       which \u00a0 was \u00a0 finally \u00a0 \u00a0 furnished \u00a0 to \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 on \u00a0 11.8.11, \u00a0 \u00a0 has \u00a0 taken \u00a0 into \u00a0 consideration \u00a0 all \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       complaints \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 including\u00a0 the\u00a0 complaint\u00a0 dated\u00a0 21.3.11\u00a0 referred\u00a0 to \u00a0 in \u00a0 the\u00a0 instant\u00a0 RTI\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       application.\u00a0Some\u00a0documents\u00a0which\u00a0were\u00a0not\u00a0furnished\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0along\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0enquiry\u00a0report\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>       were\u00a0\u00a0also\u00a0handed\u00a0over\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0\u00a0Respondent\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0hearing.<\/p>\n<p>3.
