Act?&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\tInsofar<br \/>\nas question(B) is concerned, we find from the record that<br \/>\nCIT(Appeals) had only restored the matter back to the  Assessing<br \/>\nOfficer making certain observations. Tribunal in turn confirmed such<br \/>\norder of the CIT(Appeals).
