Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The    petitioner       is    apprehending his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest in a case registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                   341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                   Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   that he caused injury by sword.<\/p>\n<p>                              It is orally submitted that simple<\/p>\n<p>                   injury has been caused. It appears that both<\/p>\n<p>                   sides are neighbours and the informant has<\/p>\n<p>                   retracted from his initial version and has<\/p>\n<p>                   filed a petition to that effect before the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned court below which has been brought<\/p>\n<p>                   on     record      as     Annexure-2.       It   is      also<\/p>\n<p>                   submitted        that    other    accused   persons      have<\/p>\n<p>                   been     granted        anticipatory      bail   vide    Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                   Misc. Nos. 29218 of 2011 and 22885 of 2011.<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail in the event of               arrest or     surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before     the     learned       court   below   within     a<\/p>\n<p>                   period      of     twelve     weeks      from    today     in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 78 of<\/p>\n<p>        2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>        (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount    each   to    the   satisfaction     of    the<\/p>\n<p>        learned    C.J.M.      Nalanda    at    Biharsharif,<\/p>\n<p>        subject to the conditions as laid down under<\/p>\n<p>        Section    438(2)     of   the   Code   of   Criminal<\/p>\n<p>        Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<p>U.
