(Oral)\n<\/pre>\n<p>             Learned counsel for the petitioner states that<\/p>\n<p>petitioner     shall    surrender\/appear           before   the   Illaqa<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate on or before 04.06.2011 and shall seek regular<\/p>\n<p>bail from the Competent Court, therefore, he may be<\/p>\n<p>permitted to withdraw this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>             Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner     shall    surrender\/appear           before   the   Illaqa<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate on or before 04.06.2011 as undertook by the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the petitioner.
