Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :15\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n              ----------------------------------------------\n              Bail Application No.5302 of 2010\n             ------------------------------------------------\n         Dated this the 15th day of September, 2010\n\n                                ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the allegation that<\/p>\n<p>the Kadavanthara Police is at his heels in connection with some<\/p>\n<p>complaint against the partnership firm by name M.Plus<\/p>\n<p>Foundation of which the petitioner is only a partner.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   The   learned     Public     Prosecutor      on   instructions<\/p>\n<p>submitted that no crime has been registered against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner so far and that the police are only conducting an<\/p>\n<p>enquiry in the matter.      If so, the apprehension of arrest and<\/p>\n<p>harassment entertained by the petitioner is unfounded. In case<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is made an accused in the case he will be entitled<\/p>\n<p>to have re-course to his remedies.
