contention of the leariied’  fotjiiithe parties and<\/p>\n
scrutinised the matefial’o11jjrecord.   V<\/p>\n
9} The .mat.er.iai’on<.reco_rd would clearly show that there
\nwas an agpeemef1t\u00bb.'oetWe_e'n._ complainant and the opposite<\/p>\n
party–;w1*it petitioiieriheireiri and the complainant was put in<\/p>\n
  oiithe giiioioerty in the year 1994. However, the<\/p>\n
