He also prays that the District Court may be<br \/>\n\tdirected to dispose of the said appeal, which may be filed by the<br \/>\n\tappellant, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 60<br \/>\n\tdays.\n<\/p>\n<p>Heard<br \/>\n\tboth the parties. In view of above, present Appeal from Order is<br \/>\n\tdisposed of with a direction to the District Court to dispose of the<br \/>\n\tappeal, which may be filed by the appellant, as early as possible,<br \/>\n\tpreferably within a period of 60 days. The Court below is directed<br \/>\n\tto decide the said appeal purely on merits and in accordance with<br \/>\n\tlaw.  The present appeal is returned to the appellants so as to<br \/>\n\tpresent the same before the Court below immediately, preferably<br \/>\n\twithin 10 days from today. As the present Appeal from Order is filed<br \/>\n\twithin time limit before this Court, question of limitation will not<br \/>\n\tarise while the appellants approach the lower Court.
