                 for Madarsa Board as also learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                          3<\/span><\/p>\n
                  There is no material on record to show that petitioners<\/p>\n
      have made a demand on the authority for inclusion of their schools for<\/p>\n
      the benefit of being extended the financial aid in terms of the policy of<\/p>\n
      the State Government.\n<\/p>\n
                  There is neither any demand nor any application in this<\/p>\n
      regard to the Madarsa Board for the so called relief. Mere contact the<\/p>\n
      authority on the issue may not be doing any good result.\n<\/p>\n
                  Let the petitioners lodge their claim before Madarsa<\/p>\n
      Board first who shall be obliged to hear them and take an appropriate<\/p>\n
      decision on their claim within a reasonable time frame.\n<\/p>\n
                  All the writ petitions stand disposed of with the above<\/p>\n
      liberty.\n<\/p>\n
