DTL for examination and<br \/>\n                                                                                       comments.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete and unsatisfactory response from the PIO to 5,6,7 (b) &amp;(c)<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA&#8217;s order has stated that on queries 5, 6, 7(b) &amp; 7(c) the PIO has given appropriate information.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>FAA not ordered till date and deemed refusal to consider first appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Ved Kumar;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. Vimal Kumar, Public Information Officer &amp; Superintendent;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Appellant states that the FAA&#8217;s order has been issued in the name of Mr. V. Kumar, 27\/17,<br \/>\nShakri Nagar, Delhi- 110007. The appellant states that since the order was sent on a wrong address, it<br \/>\nnever reached him. All officers are directed to ensure that names and addresses are properly mentioned.<br \/>\nThe Respondent states that there is nothing on record on the queries that the appellant is seeking<br \/>\ninformation for. In view of this it appears that the respondent has provided the information available on<br \/>\nthe records.
