C. praying to enlarge the petitioner on  the event<br \/>\nof his arrest in Crime No.5\/2008 of Yelburga  Station,<br \/>\nKoppel District. ~   _ &#8221;\n<\/p>\n<pre>This petition coming on    --:\n\nmade the following:  _  _\noRDei\u00a7i i %\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>A case in Cr.N\u00a7,~~\ufb01\/205$\u00a7egiste1ie\u00a3iV&#8221;oriv&#8217;2O\u00ab1&#8211;2O08 for<br \/>\noffences punishable   147, 148, 324, 307,<br \/>\n382 r\/w  persons and the<br \/>\n A-1. On the very day,<br \/>\nthe  of; Sab complainant was<br \/>\n V   &#8216;eomplairxt had alleged that A-7<\/p>\n<p>  a knife in the eye of his brother<\/p>\n<p> &#8221;    However, in his further statement<\/p>\n<p>  very day i.e., 20-1-2008 he has stated that<\/p>\n<p> t1e._'&#8221;\\.izae&#8221;  with regard to the incident and as such he<\/p>\n<p> is   A-7 and had stated that he pierced a knife in<\/p>\n<p>i  eye of his brother Member Imam Set). In View of the<\/p>\n<p> further statement of the complement and the further<\/p>\n<p>Q(.Q5.LL~c::l\/~&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p>investigation did not reveal the involvement Vef\u00bb A-57, no<br \/>\ncharge sheet is filed against him.<\/p>\n<p>2. It is pertinent to note that the <\/p>\n<p>Sab has made allqations agai\ufb01et   <\/p>\n<p>that he assaulted with a<br \/>\nSab his brother. The raet~ef%t&#8217;::e  %eomp1ta:nt<br \/>\nwith these allegatioxee a1_c1&amp;&#8221;_   he having<br \/>\ncontradicted the  complaint in his<br \/>\nfurther   .i.s.:V.fi1ot a truthful witness.<br \/>\nThe   who claim to be the eye<br \/>\n iteotjes\ufb01on have been recorded on<br \/>\n21~1~\u00e9ooe3V  papers reveal that when the<\/p>\n<p>inej\ufb01eot   were present in the village and<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;t V.     the incident they came to the place of<\/p>\n<p>   thereafter.
