UDAYABHANU, J.\n\n            =====================================\n\n                           B.A.NO.  2894  OF 2007\n\n            =====================================\n\n              DATED THIS THE  18TH DAY OF MAY 2007\n\n\n\n                                      ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The   petitioner  is the accused  in  Crime   No.162\/07   of  Kottakkal<\/p>\n<p>Police Station registered under Sections  362, 395 and 120 (B)  of IPC.<\/p>\n<p>He is in custody since 03.05.2007.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   It  is  hereby   ordered  that  the   petitioner   shall  be   released   on<\/p>\n<p>bail on executing bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two solvent sureties each<\/p>\n<p>for the like sum to the satisfaction of the court below.  He shall not in<\/p>\n<p>any manner interfere with the investigation.
