Thakkar, appearing on behalf of<br \/>\npetitioner, learned AGP, Mr. Maulik Nanavati, appearing on behalf of<br \/>\nrespondent no.1 and 2 and learned advocate Mr. Pinakin Raval,<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of respondent no.3.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\ngrievance of the present petitioner  is that State Government by<br \/>\norder dated 11.3.2010 has not sanctioned actual expenses which has<br \/>\nbeen incurred by petitioner being medical reimbursement.  Therefore,<br \/>\nthat order dated 11.3.2010 is challenged in present petition.<br \/>\nAgainst that no representation has been made by petitioner and<br \/>\nstraightway this petition is filed.  Therefore, let petitioner may<br \/>\nmake detailed representation to respondent nos.1 and 2 within a<br \/>\nperiod of one month from the date of receiving copy of present order.<br \/>\n As and when respondent nos.1 and 2 receive such representation from<br \/>\npetitioner, it is directed to both respondents to reconsider earlier<br \/>\ndecision dated 11th March,2010 and reexamine the case of<br \/>\npetitioner with sympathetic approach and also to consider that<br \/>\ncircumstances which has been pointed out by petitioner, can be<br \/>\nconsidered to be a special case or not as per resolution and,<br \/>\nthereafter, to pass appropriate reasoned order, considering medical<br \/>\ntreatment and disease and particular facts within a period of three<br \/>\nmonths from the date of receiving such representation from petitioner<br \/>\nand communicate decision immediately to petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of above observations and directions, present petition is<br \/>\ndisposed of by this Court without expressing any opinion on merits.<br \/>\nHowever, in case, if ultimate decision is adverse to petitioner, then<br \/>\nit is open for petitioner to challenge the same before appropriate<br \/>\nForum in accordance with law.
