The analysis report of corrections\/ NCERT does not carry out analysis of\n       mistakes for the NTS Examination corrections\/mistakes at the state level\n       paper (Stage 1) conducted by examination conducted by various states\/UTs.\n       motioned state in the last there years\n       (2006-09).\n 2.    The copy of the papers and answer Copies of the question papers and answer keys\n       keys conducted by the above conducted by the states for the last three years,\n       mentioned states in the last years mentioned in Appellant's letter, could be\n       (2006-09)                                 procured from the respective states\/UTs. The\n                                                 addresses and telephone Nos of Liaison\n                                                 Officers of all the sates\/UTs are available on\n                                                 the website \"www.ncert.nic.in\"\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory reply.\nRegarding point no. 2, Appellant had to say that NCERT done the analysis of paper conducted\nby Gujarat.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority:\nNot enclosed.\n Grounds for Second Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory reply, first appeal not heard.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. Nilesh Gupta on behalf of Ms. Vandana Gupta;<br \/>\nRespondent: Prof. Avtar Singh, Public Information Officer;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The PIO has stated that the public authority do not have a specific analysis of<br \/>\ncorrection\/mistakes. The appellant pointed out that one report of 2008 analysis did carry this as<br \/>\npart of the over all qualitative analysis. After this the PIO has provided the qualitative analysis<br \/>\nreport of the year 2008. The PIO has stated that they do not obtain the papers and answer keys to<br \/>\nthe exams conducted by the States and hence do not have these. The Appellant claims the<br \/>\nqualitative analysis shows that the number of mistakes is very high whereas the respondent states<br \/>\nthis is not the case. The Commission directs that as part of Section-4 compliance the NCERT<br \/>\nwill ensure that the qualitative analysis report is put up on the website.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The information has been provided.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Commission directs the PIO to ensure that as part of Section-4 compliance the<br \/>\nNCERT will ensure that the qualitative analysis report is put up on the website before 30 January<br \/>\n2010.
