Parihar for the appellant.\n\n                                ---------\n\n1.            Heard learned counsel.\n\n2.            Admittedly the appellant-plaintiff has since retired from\n\nthe Government job, the learned counsel for the appellant submits\n\nthat the claim of allowance of Rs.30\/- per month in the question\n\nwould affect his retiral benefits in the form of pension.\n\n3.            Both the courts below have concurrently held against\n\nhim that the said allowance was payable only if the plaintiff had\n\nworked on the post of Head Master. Admittedly for the period in\n\nquestion the petitioner was transferred to the other school as Grade II\n\nTeacher and did not work as Head Master and, therefore, there was no\n\nquestion of payment of allowance to him.\n\n4.            Having heard learned counsel, this Court is satisfied that\n\nno substantial questions of law arise in the matter.\n\n5.            This appeal is found to be devoid of merit. The same is\n\naccordingly dismissed.\n\n                                       [ DR.
