No. 627 of 2008 in\n                   W.P.(C) No. 29395 OF 2007\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n\n              Dated this the 15th day of October 2008\n\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Review of the judgment in W.,P.(C) No. 29395\/07 is sought<\/p>\n<p>for.  Though the judgment was dictated on 30.10.2007, at the<\/p>\n<p>request of the counsel for the petitioner the case was posted for<\/p>\n<p>spoken to on different subsequent occasions and finally on<\/p>\n<p>17.1.2008. However, since there was no change in the judgment,<\/p>\n<p>the judgment has been typed with the date 30.10.2007.         This<\/p>\n<p>evidently is a mistake and therefore the date of the judgment will<\/p>\n<p>stand corrected as 17.1.2008 and the review to that extent will<\/p>\n<p>stand allowed.
