By the impugned<br \/>\norder, he has been transferred to Primary School, Soorajpura,<br \/>\nDistrict Chhatarpur and the transfer is challenged only on the<br \/>\nground that petitioner&#8217;s wife is suffering from serious disease, she<br \/>\nis undergoing regular treatment and, therefore, the transfer will<br \/>\ncause grave inconvenience to the petitioner. It is also stated that<br \/>\npetitioner has not completed three years tenure posting in the<br \/>\npresent school and he had joined in the school only on 9.7.2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Petitioner is only transferred from one school to another in<br \/>\nthe same district and the grounds raised by the petitioner, in this<br \/>\npetition, are the personal inconveniences of the petitioner, which<br \/>\nare to be appreciated by the competent authority of the department.\n<\/p>\n<p>        Accordingly, finding no case for interference on the grounds<br \/>\nraised, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to<br \/>\nrepresent to the department concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         (RAJENDRA MENON)<br \/>\n                                              JUDGE<br \/>\nAks\/-<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Madhya Pradesh High Court Suresh Mangli vs Secretary The State Of Madhya &#8230; on 2 July, 2010 02.07.2010.
