No.36242 of 2010\nRAJIV KUMAR\u00b8son of Shailendra Singh, resident of village Budhuchak, P.S. - Fatuha, District -\nPatna.\n                                                                   ------------------- Petitioner.\n                                         Versus\nTHE STATE OF BIHAR                                                   ------- Opposite Party.\n                                          -------\n<\/pre>\n<p>    02.   11-10-2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                            for the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the<\/p>\n<p>                            State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                     Petitioner is one of the named accused in this case, wherein<\/p>\n<p>                            two others namely shalendra Kumar @ Shailendra Kumar and<\/p>\n<p>                            Chandra Shekhar Prasad, had already been granted privilege by<\/p>\n<p>                            order dated 09.09.2010 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33075 of 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                            Petitioner&#8217;s case also stands almost on similar footing.<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the<\/p>\n<p>                            event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within four weeks<\/p>\n<p>                            of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioner, namely, Rajiv Kumar,<\/p>\n<p>                            is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                            10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                            to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City, in connection with Fatuha<\/p>\n<p>                            P.S.
