JUSTICE NARENDRA KUMAR JAIN\nHON'BLE MRS.JUSTICE MEENA V.GOMBER\n\n\nMr.Kaleem Ahmed Khan, for the petitioner\nMr.J.R.Bijarnia, Addl.G.A.\n\n\nBY THE COURT:<\/pre>\n<p>1.\t\tHeard the learned counsel for the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tThe convict-petitioner has preferred this parole writ petition for grant of emergent parole of 15 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tThis writ petition was preferred during pendency of petitioner&#8217;s application before the concerned authority. However, learned counsel for the petitioner referred to the order dated 3rd May, 2010 passed by District Magistrate, Kota, whereby his application for grant of emergent parole has been dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\t\tLearned Additional Government Advocate referred to nominal roll of petitioner duly signed by Superintendent, Central Jail, Udaipur and report of Superintendent of Police, District Kota City dated 19th April, 2010. As per nominal roll, the conduct of petitioner in jail custody was unsatisfactory and he was awarded jail punishment also. There are six other criminal cases registered against him.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tAfter considering all the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to allow this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tConsequently, the parole writ petition is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<pre> (Meena V.Gomber) J.
